The Project Manager can perform the following actions to this request:

Reject
Reject and Review

When Reject is selected, it is closed and moved to Done. The Contractor will have to submit a new Material Sample for Approval. If Reject and Review actions are selected, this will allow you to send back the ticket for contractor’s revisions.

Once the ticket is approved, it will be routed to the Designer for another level of review and approval.

When the Project Manager approves the ticket after the Contractor has estimated the project impact, it will be now routed to the Owner to evaluate and then it will be moved to Done.
