Change Order: Change Order Client Approval

Role: Client
If the change order cost becomes over budget, the request shall be received by the client (and/or other parties required to review the budget proposal to assess its impact on the entire project).
Go to Projects located on the sidebar and select the project where client needs to approve the change order.
On the Project page, head to the sidebar once again and click on Design Management under Solutions.
The Client can download the Budget Proposal document under the Attached Quote to assess the cost impact to the project.
Under the Client Approval section, the Steer user shall have the client sign the change order for approval once all details of the change order are in order and discussed.
Once approved, the Change Order will be added as a new task in the Task record, waiting for assignment.
