Change Order: Work Estimation

Last Updated: July 27, 2022

Work Estimation

Role: Scheduler
In this step of the Change Order process, the scheduler estimates the change order's potential impact on the project schedule based on the details of the request. This estimate includes the number of days the change order will take, as well as including a short risk assessment on cost.

Go to Projects located on the sidebar and select the project where you would like to submit a Change Order request.

On the Project page, head to the sidebar once again and click on Design Management under Solutions.

Under the expanded list, select Change Order.
Go to the Change Order Workboard and select the ticket for evaluation.
Review the details of the request, then provide an estimate of the amount of days the Change Order will take and the estimated end date based on the details of the request

Once done, click on Approve to advance the ticket to Finance.
