This is where the information goes through steps of approval and review. To give you an overview, building a workflow app comes into three parts: <h4 id="1formbuilderhttpsqrcustomersuccesscrisphelpenarticleworkflowformbuilder1hu4nvk"><a href="https://qrcustomersuccess.crisp.help/en/article/workflow-form-builder-1hu4nvk/">1. Form Builder</a></h4> Inside the Form Builder is the drag-and-drop interface which makes it easier for you to design your form. You can begin by adding columns and rows, followed by dragging elements from the toolbox at the left side inside the columns. For more advanced features, you can add table/grid, reference table and process table in your form. You can also add Header and Footer which can be configured in the Form Settings. ${color}[#808080](Last Updated: July 28, 2021) After designing your form, the next step is to decide who will process the information within the form, and how these data would be processed. In the Process Flow designer, The Process Flow designer consists of three main elements: <ol> <li>Actors: The users that interact with the case in the process. You can manage the Actors in your workflow by adding, removing, or switching Actors on the left side of the Process Flow designer.</li> <li>Lanes: Also known as Process Steps, which is found at the topmost part of the Process Flow designer and represents the progression of steps in your workflow from left to right. You can also add and remove steps on your lane depending on your workflow.</li> <li>Actions or Action Cards: The manner on how each Actor interacts with the data. Action cards can be dragged and dropped into the grid to map out your process according to which Actor should manage the case at a given Lane.</li> </ol> To design your process, follow these steps: ${color}[#408080](Step 1:) Drag an Actor card from the left sidebar into the Process Flow and rename its Title. ${color}[#408080](Step 2:). Q: Submitting a Case

This helps for better processing of your request that also lets you keep track of the case's status. To submit a case, follow the steps below: || Note: If you are an Admin or Builder, you must first switch to the Internal User view. Otherwise, continue with the following steps: ${color}[#408080](Step 1:) From the dashboard, click the Request button at the upper right side of your screen. A window will pop-up to show the list of templates where you can choose from. ${color}[#408080](Step 2:) Select the template that you wish to use. You can search for templates in a solution, or filter them by category. Steer Site Materials Requisition streamlines the process of acquiring materials needed for the project. This solution also provides the necessary workflows and records to process the requisition.

The Site Materials Requisition has six workflows that proceeds as follows:

${color}[#408080](Materials Request) - Initiates the request for site materials needed to deliver tasks and notifies the Warehouse for release. If certain materials are not available, a purchase request can be triggered.
${color}[#408080](Purchase Request) - Consolidate and create purchase requests for all materials requested that are not available in the inventory. The resulting data can be used to initiate the Purchase Order Process manually or through an existing ERP system.
${color}[#408080](Materials Receiving) - Logs and inspects the materials upon receipt from the supplier or vendor.
${color}[#408080](Material Quality Check) - Performs additional assessment of materials if issues are found during the receiving process.
${color}[#408080](Materials Releasing) - Records the released materials to the site.

If you want to include multiple selections on your form, you can take a look at the advanced options for creating a form. Here, you will find functions that will allow your form to automatically draw information from the dynamic data manager in order to display changes to it in real-time.

For the Dropdown and Radio Button form elements, you can manually map out the IDs and Display value on your form (Fig. 1) or call data from the Master Table and Record App via the use of External Dataset (Fig. 2).

To do call data from an External Data set using Dropdown and Radio Button:

Select your empty dropdown or radio button element field on the Form Builder.
Tick the box beside the Use External Dataset to configure its dropdown menu.
Next, select the table from the Dataset dropdown that you wish to use, then select the corresponding data from the table to appear in the display column.

On QuickReach, the first part in creating a Workflow App is to build and design your Form. The form builder has a drag and drop interface which makes it easier for you to design your form. Also, this Form will be shared among users on your Workflow, which means that in the Form Builder, you will build and design sections of forms that you can hide and show for appropriate users involved in this particular process. You can set who can read, edit, and see specific form sections by configuring your form's user settings once you finished designing your form.
