Submitting a Case via Mobile

Reviewing Cases Assigned for Approval via Mobile
To view cases assigned to you on the mobile app, follow the following steps: On the mobile dashboard, tap on the Tasks tab at the bottom of the Steer app to view the list of cases assigned to you. Tap on any available case on the Tasks view to see its details.
Collaborating on Case via Mobile
You reach out to the assigned approver of the case after submitting your request. Any discussion made in the form will be visible to all users assigned for this process. Learning how to do it is just as easy as sending a text message. Step 1: After submitting your ticket, go to Requests tab and tap on the case where you forgot to include your important message. Step 2: Click the chat icon at the upper right side of your screen.
