To view cases assigned to you on the mobile app, follow the following steps:

Step 1: On the mobile dashboard, tap on the Tasks tab at the bottom of the Steer app to view the list of cases assigned to you.



Step 2: Tap on any available case on the Tasks view to see its details.

Step 3: Read through the case's form details and scroll down to see the available actions that you can do. You will be able to Approve, Reject, or Return the case upon reviewing.. After rejecting or approving the case, it will now proceed to the next designated process lane.
