Offline Mode
The Offline Mode feature enhance Steer's accessibility, allowing you to use the Steer mobile app whenever you are not connected to the internet.

What can you do while in Offline Mode?
Navigate Steer and access existing Records, Workflows, and other pages on the platform as read-only.
Create and send ticket cases on Steer while offline.
Attend to your tasks such as approving cases.

The Outbox
With the Outbox page, you can save all your actions that you did while the Steer mobile app is offline. All tasks done in Offline Mode, such as case approvals, Record and Workflow app creation or updates, will be redirected to the Outbox. You will be able to send each of your tasks once you are back online.
