Task View and Task Approval

You can now sort your list of items by Tasks, where you can see individual tasks and tickets that you need to work on. Also, you can also sort your tasks by Category, where you can check all tasks and pending cases you need to work on filtered by each Workflow App.

As soon as you login to your account, you can already see the tickets assigned to you for approval. You just have to click the case to review its details and simply tap the Return, Reject, or Approve button, whichever is appropriate based on your organization's workflow guidelines.

After rejecting or approving the ticket, it will now proceed to the next designated process lane.

1. Sort your tasks via Task and Workflow View

2. Approving and updating case requests
As soon as you login to your account, you can already see the tickets assigned to you for approval. You just have to click the case to review its details and simply tap the Return, Reject, or Approve button, whichever is appropriate based on your organization's workflow guidelines.
