Collaborating on Case via Mobile

You reach out to the assigned approver of the case after submitting your request. Any discussion made in the form will be visible to all users assigned for this process.

Learning how to do it is just as easy as sending a text message.

Step 1: After submitting your case, go to Requests tab and tap on the case where you forgot to include your important message.

Step 2: Click the chat icon at the upper right side of your screen.



Step 3: You will be redirected to the chatbox where you can proceed to have a conversation with the assigned approver of your ticket request. Type your message and press Send



Alternatively, you may also tap on More Options (three-dot icon) on the lower-right corner of the app to directly access all Messages you have sent or received across all your cases.
