Overview: External Users
External Users are users outside the business/organization which can connect to Steer, even if they don't have a registered account on Steer. However, in order for the external users and even anonymous users to submit a ticket, the admin should tag the External User as the assigned user in a process step in the User Settings. Anonymous user is actually a type of access under external user. However, there are still differences/limitations on what each type of user can do, and cannot do.
