Request for Information: Submitting an RFI

Once the construction phase begins, the contractor will initiate a request for information.
To begin submitting a request, follow these outlined steps:
Head to Design Management module (Project Dashboard > Sidebar > Site Materials) and select Request for Information.
On the Request for Information summary page, click on Create Ticket. This will open the Request for Information form.
Fill out the Subject field and select the Date Required.
Define the Trade of what you will ask for by selecting from the dropdown list.
Fill out the Subject and Details fields for your RFI.
To attach Supporting Documents, click on the plus sign button.
A data grid with record entry options is displayed below. Fill out the fields for each record intended to add.
Fill in the Document Name.
To attach a File or Image, click on the corresponding buttons.
Click on the ✔ icon to add the attachments and click on the X button to cancel.
Click on the Edit Row icon to edit the newly added record, and then click on the Bin icon to delete it.
Once done, click on Submit Ticket.
