Request for Information: Reviewing an RFI (as a PM)

The submitted RFI will be routed to the Project Manager, who will then review the request and assign it to the appropriate consultant.
The steps for reviewing a request are as follows:
On the Steer dashboard, a request for information will show under Tasks. Click on the Request for Information you need to review.
To choose which consultant should be assigned, click on the Special Assignment dropdown menu.
The Remarks section can be used to leave a comment, if any.
The Project Manager can perform the following actions to this request:
Approve
Reject
Reject and Review
When Reject is selected, it is closed and moved to Done. The Contractor will have to submit a new RFI. If Reject and Review actions are selected, this will allow you to send back the ticket for contractor’s revisions.
Once the ticket is Approved, it will be routed to the assigned consultant.
