Work Accident Reporting

Reporting a work accident on a construction site involves documenting and initiating investigations to prevent future incidents.
To report an accident, follow the steps below:
Head to Quality and Safety module (Project Dashboard > Sidebar > Quality and Safety) and select Work Accident Reporting.
On the Work Accident Reporting summary page, click on Create Ticket.
Create a Subject for your accident report.
In the Employee Details section, enter the Employee Name, Occupation and Contact Number. Select also the Gender from the dropdown list.
In the Accident Details section, select and input the following:
Date of Accident
Time of Accident
Location of Accident
Nature of Injury
Describe the accident in the Description of Accident field. Then, specify also the Treatment Given/Action Taken on that accident.
Once done, click on Submit Ticket.
