COVID-19 Inspection Checklist

A COVID-19 inspection checklist on construction sites allows to identify and address potential risks to prevent spread of the virus, and to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Log in to Steer and select the project where you want to submit a covid-19 inspection report.
Head to Quality and Safety module (Project Dashboard > Sidebar > Quality and Safety) and select COVID-19 Inspection Checklist.
On the COVID-19 Inspection Checklist summary page, click on Create Ticket.
Create a Subject and enter the Checklist ID.
In the COVID-19 Inspection Checklist, tick the box of each item. To select all, click on Select All Rendered Items.
Alternatively, as you answer each question, the corresponding box will be automatically checked.
To each item of the COVID-19 Inspection Checklist, select an Action from the dropdown list after reviewing the Questions. The choices are Yes, No, N/A.
A file can also be attached to each item. To attach a file, click on Add a File.
Then, fill out the Corrective Action taken on each item.
Once completed answering the inspection checklist, click on Submit Ticket.
