Inspection Request: Reviewing Inspection Requests

The inspection result will be routed to the Project Manager for confirmation. If the inspection is successful and the items are marked as completed, they are updated and reflected in the Gantt chart current project status. If failed, the status of the item in the Gantt chart also updates accordingly, and the items will route back to the punch list process through the task management workflow.
To confirm an inspection request, here are the steps to follow:
On the Steer dashboard, an inspection request for review will show under Tasks. Click on the inspection request needs to be reviewed.
Review the details of the inspection request along with the remarks of the Inspector.
In the Confirmation section, there is a Remarks and Signature field for the Project Manager to fill out.
Once confirmed, click on Approve. The inspection results will be reflected in the Gantt chart.
