Submitting an Accomplishment Report

An accomplishment report serves to document the tasks that contractors accomplish on a day-to-day basis. The Gantt chart is a prerequisite for using this workflow, implying it must be set up completely and properly. Once the Gantt chart is set up and saved, it becomes the basis for accomplishment reporting.

Instructions:

To submit an accomplishment report, the steps are as follows:

Head to Quality and Safety module (Project Dashboard > Sidebar > Quality and Safety) and select Accomplishment Report.

Contractors do not have direct access to the Gantt chart, and they can only interact with it through the accomplishment report and later on through the inspection report. The Gantt chart is only accessible to Project admins for editing.
