Reviewing an Accomplishment Report



Once the accomplishment report is submitted it will be routed to the project manager for review. If the project manager determines that the progress report is accurate and satisfactory, they will approve the ticket. Once the approval takes place, the progress updates will be reflected in the Gantt chart.

Instructions:



To approve an accomplishment report, here are the steps to follow:

On the Steer dashboard, an accomplishment report for approval will show under Tasks. Click on the accomplishment report you need to review.

The report for approval shows the tasks accomplished on the stated date covered.

Add any Remarks under the Approval Details section of the form if needed.

Click on the Approve button to approve.

The progress of this task will keep on updating until such time as it has been reported as 100% completed. Once the construction of the site or the task has been approved and tagged as Complete, the contractor will proceed to Create an Inspection Request.
