Site Instructions: Reviewing Instructions

Reviewing Instructions for Contractors



Once the site instruction has been created it will be routed to the Project Manager for review. The Project Manager will verify the instructions and will take note of the details. The instruction will be assigned to the appropriate vendor or contractor once reviewed.

Instructions:



On the Steer dashboard, a site instruction for review will show under Tasks. Click on the Site Instruction needs to be reviewed.

The Project Manager will verify the instructions of the submitted ticket.

Once done reviewing the ticket, the Project Manager will attach a Signature.

Then click on ✔ Approve.

Once the Project Manager submits the ticket it will be routed to the Contractors for Receiving.

The Contractor will also review the instructions and attach a Signature to the ticket.
For With Cost Implication and With Schedule Implication these will be identified by the Contractors.

Then click on ✔ Approve.

Once the Contractor confirms receipt of the instruction and approves the ticket, it will move to Done.
