Managing Photo Gallery

Photo Gallery





Photo Gallery allows Project Admin users to manage and organize the construction photos. This storage space is intended for uploading photos directly on this module or within Steer workflows. It is easy and efficient to utilize, with features to search, view, and create albums.

Instructions:



The steps for navigating this module are as follows:

On the dashboard, hover your mouse over the sidebar and select the Photo Gallery module. This will open the Photo Gallery module, where you can view all of your uploaded photos.

To create an album, simply click on the Create Album icon.

Upon clicking on the Create Album icon, a Create Album wizard will appear prompting you to enter the following:

Folder Name
Description
Tags

To edit an album, click on the beside the folder name. It will show options such as Download, Rename, and Delete.

To upload a photo, simply click on the Upload Photo icon and it will take you to the file interface. Then, select the Photo you want to upload.

You can view the photo details or expand the photo by clicking on it, and you can perform the following actions:

Edit Details
Remove
Download

If you click on the box that corresponds to each photo you want to select, you will be able to perform actions such as:

Delete
Move
Download

This action also allows you to select multiple photos and perform any actions mentioned.
