Managing Document Gallery

Document Gallery allows Project Admin users to manage and organize the construction project documents. This space is designed for storing uploaded files directly on this module or within Steer workflows. You can search, view and create folders for convenient and efficient utilization.
The steps for navigating this module are as follows:
On the dashboard, expand the sidebar and click on the Document Gallery module. This will open the Document Gallery module, where you can view all of your uploaded files.
To create a folder, simply click on the Create Folder icon.
Upon clicking on the Create Folder icon, a Create Folder wizard will appear prompting you to enter a Folder Name.
Created folders are displayed in the first section of this module.
To edit a folder, click on the ⋮ beside the folder name. It will show options such as Rename and Delete.
To upload a file, simply click on the Upload Document icon and it will take you to the file interface. Select the Document or File you want to upload.
Uploaded documents are displayed at the bottom portion.
You can perform actions such as Download, Delete, or Rename the files by clicking the corresponding icons.
You can also monitor the uploaded files Last Modified, Size and Type.
By ticking the box of each file, you can perform actions such as Move to, Download, and Delete all at once.
