Fair Use Policy
Last Updated: August 24, 2023
This article is intended to provide users with an informative overview of fair usage limits within the Steer Platform. To ensure fair and effective usage of our platform for all our users, we aim to help you understand the purpose and scope of these limits.
The following are the fair usage limits for ticket creation and file storage:
The Ticket Creation usage limit is cumulative and will be counted against the entire user instance rather than on a per user basis. Take note that this limit only applies to newly created tickets, any manual record updates or modifications made to current tickets are not counted against the ticket creation allocated for each instance.
The File Upload Limit is similar to the ticket creation, it is also cumulative and counted at the instance level.
These fair usage limits are implemented to ensure that all users of the platform have equal and fair access to its capacities and features. By maintaining fair usage limits, we can prevent overburdening the system that may impact the performance of the platform.
