When you sign up for a trial period, you will be given 14 days to try out Steer. Steer has ready-made templates that you can easily customize to your own process. No need to start from scratch!
In order for you to create forms and processes, you first need a basic license. A license is given to a unique email address for the organization. Sharing of accounts is not allowed. Steer starts at USD 10/user/month, billed annually. This covers a minimum of 5 users, and then USD 10 per month, per additional user. Monthly billing is also available at $12/user/month.
With the basic license, you and your team can:
- Design your own processes
- Create your own custom process
- Submit forms via web or mobile app
- Approve, reject, or review submissions via web or mobile app
- Collaborate on submissions
- Generate reports
- Build data sets for your processes
- Integrate with other systems (up to 1,000 API calls per month)

If you want to use Steer for your customers, partners, or suppliers without giving them a basic license, we have an add-on that might work better for you. The Limited Access license allows your external users or customers to:
- Submit requests and tickets
- Login their own portal to track the status of their ticket or request
- Access forms and processes that they are involved in
The Limited Access license starts at USD 0.1 per request, single upfront payment, with minimum block of 2,500 requests for $250. Each block is valid for 12 months. Additional blocks can be purchased as required.

To power-up your processes, Steer can integrate with AI Augmentation tools such as Customer Chatbot, OCR, facial and handwriting recognition, etc. These add-ons use Azure Cognitive Services. However, this does not include set-up and training. You can visit this page for a complete list of add-ons.
If your trial has expired, you can activate your license easily. Go to Subscription Management and click on Activate Now. Select your subscription plan. Afterwards, you will be redirected to Paypal to enter your payment details. Once the payment has been successful you will be led back to the subscription page with your active licenses.
