Creating a Construction Checklist



The construction checklist ensures compliance, safety, and effective management by monitoring important project components and usually generated on a regular basis, such as weekly or monthly depends on the policies of an organization to monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed in organized manner.

Instructions:



Head to Quality and Safety module (Project Dashboard > Sidebar > Quality and Safety) and select Construction Checklist.

On the Construction Checklist summary page, click on Create Ticket.

On the Construction Checklist form, fill out the Subject field and General Details section.
In the General Details section, provide the Checklist ID, select the Scope, fill out the Author field, and enter the Date Revised and the Date to Complete the project.

The numbering of checklist for Checklist ID field may depend on the organization policies. The Date Created is a system generated date and the Date Revised can specify manually as well as Date to Complete.

The Status field can be set to either In Progress or Completed, and when the entire checklist is completed, change status to Completed and the checklist will be closed.

In the Construction Checklist list of items, assign Owner/s for specific items and select an Action for each item.

In File (Soft Copy)
Not in File
Not Applicable

Relevant documents can also be attached to checklist items. To attach a document, click on Add a File. If there is no softcopy of the document available, you can paste the link in File Location field. Add Remarks if any.

To update the status of an item, click on Status and select from the options provided.

Not Started
In Progress
Pending
Closed
Rejected
Open

Once done, click on Submit Ticket.

The submitter can only view data and sections for which they have access during creation of ticket.
