Create a Form Using a Template
Last Updated: December 16, 2021
When you select the Use Template option to create a form, it will show you a list of templates where you can choose from.

Using a template will direct you to a form builder with predefined fields, which make it easier for you to get moving with your work. You can still further customize the form if what you need is highly unique for your company.
You can re-arrange the columns and re-configure their components, delete or add new sections with a new set of columns and elements, and add a table or grid.
