Clearing your device's cache

After an update, we recommend clearing your device cache to enhance your experience.
Step 1: On the Steer dashboard, press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. This will bring up your browser's cache options.
Step 2: Depending on your browser, follow these steps:

Clearing your cache on web
Windows
Step 1: On the Steer dashboard, press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. This will bring up your browser's cache options.
Step 2: Depending on your browser, follow these steps:

Chrome | 1. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner. ; 2. Select 'More tools' > 'Clear browsing data'. ; 3. Choose 'Cached images and files'. ; 4. Click 'Clear data'. |
Firefox | 1. Click on the menu button and choose 'Options'. ; 2. Select the 'Privacy & Security' panel. 3. In the 'Cookies and Site Data' section, click 'Clear Data…'. 4. Remove the check mark in front of 'Cookies and Site Data'. 5. With 'Cached Web Content' check marked, click 'Clear'. |
Edge | 1. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner. ; 2. Select 'Settings'. ; 3. Under 'Clear browsing data', click 'Choose what to clear'. ; 4. Check the box next to 'Cached data and files'. ; 5. Click 'Clear'. |
