What can you do on QuickReach?

Last Updated: November 25, 2021

Welcome to QuickReach!

We congratulate you for taking the first step to start your journey to achieve digital transformation using the QuickReach no-code app builder platform. To give you an overview, here are the things that you can do in QuickReach:

1. Manage your Apps and Data tables

At QuickReach, we have Solutions feature to help you manage your collection of apps and data tables that are grouped for a single purpose. For example, you can create a Solution intended for HR Department, where all workflows, records and datasets handled by the HR Department will be saved in this solution.

2. Create Dataset

Dataset is a flexible tool where you can input and store your data as a table in a dynamic manner. We refer to this data tables as datasets. These datasets can be used when you build your workflow and record app to call for their data entries.

3. Create Record App

A record app lets you store information as records which can be accessed by different users. You can also grant different permissions for each user you have given access to in a record.

4. Create Workflow App

A workflow app goes through a process of review and approval in a set of defined actions. When you create a workflow app, it is up to you how you want to design your form and process that works best for your organizational needs.

5. Submit Cases

Any user that has an active QuickReach license and is assigned as an actor in a workflow can submit a case. Just select a template that you need to use and fill-up its form. It will be routed to the assigned reviewer or approver of the case.

6. Review Cases

If you were assigned as an approver, you can see the list of cases assigned for your approval in the Workboard and Worklist. View all case details, comment and collaborate on a submission with your team, and route the cases to other steps through these views.

7. Monitor Case Progression

Users such as Supervisors and Managers who were assigned as Process Viewers can monitor the progression of all cases within the workflow via the Task Board. You can see how many cases are under each step, and if they are meeting the set SLAs.

8. Create Global Reports

You can make better and data-driven decisions through global reports. You can select your fields as parameters, define the view or export the data into a .xlsx file, and improve your processes based on the trends you see.

9. Automate Processes

Using an Automation will help the users to automate their processes, given that the rules and conditions defined were met. For example, you configured an automation in the Leave Request template and added a rule that states any case submitted which has Sick Leave as Leave Type, will be automatically sent to Done lane. This means that any user that files a leave request, with Sick Leave as their Leave Type, will have their request automatically approved.
