Work boards lets you see all the tickets and information that you need to process under the lane assigned to you. You can access the Workboard by following the steps below:

Step 1: From the dashboard, expand the Unassigned folder or a specific Solution at the left side of your screen.
Step 2: Select the Workflows tab.
Step 3: Click on the workflow name that first appears on the page where it directed you. It will show you the list of workflows shared with you.
Step 4: Search for the workflow where you need to view the Workboard from. It will direct you to the workflow's information page.
Step 5: Scroll down and you will see the lanes under the Workboard. Select the lane where you want to review tickets from and it will show you the Task List that contains all the tickets assigned in that lane. You can then start working on it one by one.
