Viewing the Task Board

Last Updated: July 27, 2021

The Task Board shows you the list of pending cases and is used to monitor the location of each case in a workflow. These cases are sorted by which lane they are currently located.

Before going to the Task Board, make sure that you are:
A Builder or an Internal User that has Viewer access to the workflow, or you are the Approver of a case that's pending in a workflow that you are trying to view.

You can access the Task Board by following the steps below:

Step 1: From the Solutions dashboard, click on a workflow of a Solution (or from the Unassigned Solution) that you would like to view the Task Board from to see its Workflow Details.
Step 2: Once you're on your chosen Workflow, you can either click on the Task Board tab or view Task Board.
Step 3: Scroll down and you will see the Task Board Ticket. Click on the View Task Board and it will show you all the process lanes and the cases assigned under each lane.

Different users are assigned in each process lane. For the first assigned approver, they need to approve the cases assigned to them in order for it to proceed to the next step, until it reach the end of the process. You can also search for a specific case by their subject, users, and ticket number.
