With the Task Board, it's easier for managers and other stakeholders to have a bird's eye view of all tickets going through the process. To view a ticket under the task board, follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the dashboard, expand the Unassigned folder or a specific Solution at the left side of your screen.
Step 2: Select the Workflows tab.
Step 3: Click on the workflow name that first appears on the page where it redirected you. It will show you the list of workflows shared with you.
Step 4: Search for the workflow where you need to view the Task Board from. It will direct you to the workflow's information page.
Step 5: Scroll down and you will see the Task Board Ticket. Click on the View Task Board and it will show you all the process lanes and the tickets assigned under each lane.

Different users are assigned in each process lane. For the first assigned approver, they need to approve the tickets assigned to them in order for it to proceed to the next step, until it reach the end of the process. You can also search for a specific ticket by their subject, users, and ticket number.
