The User / Internal User



The User or Internal User refers to the users in the organization who can only create and submit cases, such as employee or staff members. Aside from submitting cases, User types can still view Solutions but only those they are members of. Users can also be assigned to certain workflow tasks, such as reviewing and approving cases.

User / Internal User Dashboard

These are the following pages that you can access as User / Internal User:

Dashboard - Displays the list of cases that you filed and tasks that are assigned to you for processing.
Solution Overview - View Solutions that you have access to.
Reports - View Reports and Data Models that you have access to.
External Access Management - View customer information, including their contacts and engagement details.

User types cannot create Solutions or Automations nor set access permissions for other users, unlike Builders or Admins.
