In QuickReach, one user can have multiple user roles which enable greater flexibility and focus on the jobs to be done within those roles. For example, a finance department head may be a Builder who focuses on creating and maintaining Finance processes, but is only an Internal User when it comes to approving leaves.

The different user roles in QuickReach are:

1. Internal User

This is the most basic role that anyone gets when their license is activated by the admin. Users with this kind of role can create ticket requests, and work on any ticket assigned to them. They can also view process boards, if they were granted access by the creator of the process.

2. Builder

A Builder is someone that creates workflow and record apps. They can create the form, design the process, and set permissions. A process person deciding how to optimize a process would be an example of a Builder. Builders can also make Reports and Automations.

3. Admin

The admin manages the subscription of the whole organization, and has the overall access to all of the features of QuickReach. They also add users and assign them their appropriate access according to the users' business function.

4. External Users

External Users are people outside the business/organization who can connect to the system, even if they don't have a QuickReach account. However, they still need to register their business accounts on QuickReach to give them access.

5. Anonymous Users

Anonymous user is a type of access under external user. Unlike the external users, anonymous users can submit a ticket even without registering their business accounts on QuickReach, as long as they have the link of the form where they are going to file a request.
