Submitting a Case

QuickReach makes it easier for your internal and external customers to submit a case. This helps for better processing of your request that also lets you keep track of the case's status.

To submit a case, follow the steps below:

Note: If you are an Admin or Builder, you must first switch to the Internal User view. Otherwise, continue with the following steps:

Step 1: From the dashboard, click the Request button at the upper right side of your screen. A window will pop-up to show the list of templates where you can choose from.
Step 2: Select the template that you wish to use. You can search for templates in a solution, or filter them by category. You can also view these templates via Grid or List style.
Step 3: Fill-up the form.
Step 4: After filling-up the form, you can either save it as draft and get back to it later on, or proceed to submit it.



Once you have submitted the case, you can track its status in the Task Board or simply in the Tasks List.
