Steer makes it easier for your internal and external customers to submit a ticket request. This helps for better processing of your request that also lets you keep track of the ticket's status. To submit a ticket request, follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the dashboard, click the Request button at the upper right side of your screen. A window will pop-up to show the list of templates where you can choose from.
Step 2: Select the template that you wish to use. You can search for templates in a solution, or filter them by category. You can also view these templates via Grid or List style.
Step 3: Fill-up the form.
Step 4: After filling-up the form, you can either save it as draft and get back to it later on, or proceed to submit it.

Once you have submitted the ticket, you can track its status in the Task Board or simply in the Ticket List.
