Submitting a ticket via the mobile app is simple and easy.

Step 1: After logging in your mobile app, all you have to do is to tap the Submit Request button located at the bottom left side of the homepage.
Step 2: Select from the list of templates that you want use.
Step 3: Fill-up the form and submit. You can save it as Draft if you want to send your form later on.





You can track your ticket status when you go to My Request tab. It will show you the list of all the tickets you submitted.
