Resetting you account password

In situations where you forget or lose your password, you may create a new one by resetting your Steer account's password. Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Steer login page: https://live.quickreach.co and click on Forgot Password.


Step 2: You will be redirected to the Forgot password page where you will have to type in your email linked to your Steer account. Once done, click Request Password and Steer will send you a link to your email where you can reset your password.


Step 3: Simply click the Reset Password link found in your email. This will take you to the Password Creation page where you will be prompted to create a new password for your Steer account.


Step 4: Create a strong password for your account. Your password should be minimum of 6 characters and contain at least each of the following:
one uppercase letter
one lowercase letter
one digit
one non-alphanumeric character

Step 5: Click Reset Password and you will be redirected to the Steer login page where you can now use your new password.
