SLA pertains on how long a ticket can remain in a process lane. You can only find the SLA feature for process lanes with any of the following lane status:

- In Process
- For Approval
- For Review
- Automation

You can set up reminders when SLA is due, when SLA due time approaches, and when SLA was not met.
