In order for anonymous users to submit a ticket, the admin should first enable the External User, and select Anonymous User as the user they are going to give access to in the form.



Submitting a Ticket

Step 1: After publishing the workflow, go to the Workflow Information page and copy the direct link.



Step 2: Open a new window or tab and paste the link.
Step 3: From the link, change the word forms to anonymous.



Step 4: You will be redirected to the page where you can directly fill-out the form and submit a ticket, even without signing in. Take note that anyone who has the link can open the ticket.
