You can always reach out to the assigned approver of your ticket in case you want to include an important note. Likewise, the approver can also leave a note to the requestor, or to other assigned approver of the ticket. Any discussion made in the form will be visible to all users assigned in this process.

To get started on how you want to collaborate in a ticket, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Tickets list from the dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the ticket you submitted where you want to collaborate with your approver/s. You will see the Remarks Section at the right side of the form.
Step 3: Simply click on the Remarks field and add your discussion entry.
