Collaborating on Cases via Web

You can always reach out to the assigned approver of your case, if you want to include an important note. Likewise, the approver can also leave a note to the requestor, or to other assigned approver of the case. Any discussion made in the form will be visible to all users assigned in this process.
To get started on how you want to collaborate in a case, follow the steps below:
Step 1: If you're an Admin or a Builder, make sure that you switch to the Internal User view on your Sidebar. Then, go to Filed Requests list from the dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the case you submitted where you want to collaborate with your approver/s. You will see the Remarks Section at the right side of the form.
Step 3: Simply click on the Remarks field and add your discussion entry.
